🇨🇭 Embroidery Products (Switzerland Only)

All embroidered products are shipped directly from Switzerland.
We currently offer shipping only within Switzerland for embroidery items.

Shipping rates:

• Orders under CHF 50 → CHF 3.50 flat rate

• Orders CHF 50 and above → Free shipping

Delivery time: 7–10 business days via Swiss Post.

🌍 Print-on-Demand Products (Worldwide)

Printed items are fulfilled and shipped by our partner Printful, from their nearest fulfillment center to your location.

Delivery time: 7–15 business days (depending on destination).
Shipping cost: Calculated automatically at checkout.

If your order includes both embroidery and printed products, they will ship separately, and you’ll receive individual tracking numbers.
