Returns & Refunds Policy

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Return address: Parkstrasse 17, 3800 Matten bei Interlaken, Switzerland.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and refund your payment within 10 business days after receiving the item.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items or gift cards
